Aryeh Friedman

 Aryeh heads up all business aspects of Park Avenue Funding including loan origination, equity investment opportunities and banking relationships.
Aryeh has more than 15 years experience in the real estate industry, including co-founding PAF in Fall 2004. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and head of the East Coast equity and loans office for JDI Realty, Inc. He has also served as a Vice President at Ellington Capital/Titan Management and as Senior Director at Brown Harris Stevens Commercial.
He earned his Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University and his Bachelor of Arts from Yeshiva University. Aryeh lives in Westport, CT with his wife and two children. He is active in numerous social service projects including advising area youth on community service projects and serving on the Board of Directors of Temple Israel of Westport. He is also an avid bicycle racer and Ironman triathlete.

 Russell is the initial point of contact for many of PAF's construction and renovation loan requests. Thanks to 8 years experience in the mortgage and banking industry he has become one of PAF's top producers. Clients trust Russell to act quickly and close time sensitive deals.
Prior to joining the firm, Russell was a top originator and analyst at Gala Resources. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Albany and is a licensed real estate broker. He also previously served in the Israeli Defense Forces.
